No, you don't need to be in shape to join the program. That's a part of this! In 90 days, you will go through a transformation that will make you a better version of yourself. Tactically fitter, mentally tougher, and safer.
Most of the exercises are done with your own body weight as part of our unique Combat Calisthenics program.
We do use a resistance band, PVC pipe, and medicine ball for certain drills. These are demoed in the Human Weapon System Course and the daily Human Weapon Habits.
