Like you, I always have something hurting when I wake up, honestly think if I woke up 100% pain-free I would freak out thinking I was dead :)
I find that the small workouts throughout the day keep me feeling better, physically and mentally. Of course that motivates me to do them more often and more reps.
As of today, I am 236lb down from 265 when I started BTS900.
Today was day 1 of the academy and when I put my dress uniform on I hadn’t worn since May, the pants fell around my ankles without the belt. Down 29lb and 5” so far!

No, you don't need to be in shape to join the program. That's a part of this! In 90 days, you will go through a transformation that will make you a better version of yourself. Tactically fitter, mentally tougher, and safer.
Most of the exercises are done with your own body weight as part of our unique Combat Calisthenics program.
We do use a resistance band, PVC pipe, and medicine ball for certain drills. These are demoed in the Human Weapon System Course and the daily Human Weapon Habits.

Once enrolled you’ll receive information from us on how best to contact us via email for questions about the coursework, or our technical support team for any system (online access or performance) issues. You will also be able to submit and ask questions during the live weekly office hours sessions, and through our private Facebook community.
